Pemberton Heights Pool House

A 1,200 sq. ft. addition & renovation to a landmark home in Austin's historic Pemberton Heights neighborhood. The pavilion is part of a total backyard makeover including new hardscape & planting, swimming pool, & bocce court. Huge sliding & pocketing doors allow the room to transform from an air-conditioned interior room into an open air party pavilion. Subtle details, meticulous craftsmanship, & bold finish selections create a luxurious environment for entertaining! This project has been recognized by the Paper City Design Awards & the Luxe Red Awards, is the cover feature for the summer 2025 Luxe Magazine Austin & San Antonio Edition, and has feature articles in the summer 2025 Luxe Magazine Houston & Dallas Editions.
